Caring Minds conducted training on ‘Human Behaviour & Relationship Management’ for the Sub-Inspectors of Excise, W.B at Kolkata Police Training Academy, Howrah on 21st December, 23rd December and 28th December, 2021.
The participants thoroughly enjoyed the sessions on Human Behaviour & Socio Psychological Factors; Human Emotions; Motivation; Types of Personality and Leadership, Decision Making, Empowerment.
We had the pleasure of hosting honourable U.S. Consul General. Ms. Melinda Pavek along with Ms. Amy Pratt and Mr. Adrian Pratt at Caring Minds. They were accompanied by our Founder, Ms. Minu Budhia and Head, New Initiatives, Ms. Preeyam Budhia. They were taken on a tour of the facility.
Ms. Minu Budhia, our Founder-Director, was felicitated with the Covid Warrior Award for the efforts she undertook to help the community relentlessly during the challenging pandemic times.
